I think something important that was said is that you have to make something compatible to what we view these other luxury brands are, not speaking in absolutes but sometimes we use the you buy gucci but don’t support black business phrase when your trying to sell inferior items at the same price point for instance Lavar Ball selling those shoes for $400 dollars when the quality was worse than the Kyrie Nikes that are $110, you cant expect me to spend my hard earned money on something that is not comparable to what I usually buy, and this isnt for all because i know black brands that are high quality but often times we compare cheap quality iron on graphic tees to louis vuitton and thats where we go wrong.

  2. I'm glad he found success but why indulge Gucci at this time when they just hit him over the head so many times. Be more like F you and move on to the next thing. Why the culture seeks validation from high end brands so much? Obviously we have style without them.

  3. OMG they questioning dapper Dan about making his own brand as if they don't work for a brand that's NOT THEY'RE'S.. the same reasons they don't own 105.1 or iheart radio is the same reasons dapper had to be at GUCCI
