  1. This is where the young guys will step up now, kuzma showed us he can shoot, lonzo can shoot but he's a pass first player and kcp is still there and maybe they'll play deng. So that's 4 shooters, sure they're not the Golden State when it comes to shooting but add in the defence that they got right now i think they have a chance.

  2. Well I remember the Houston owner and general manager basically said the same thing we are building a team to beat the Golden State Warriors. And look what happened to them. LA Lakers I would be shocked if they even had a chance to play in the playoffs.

  3. The times when Golden State (particularly Steph and Klay) have problems is when teams play physical defense–and by physical I mean grabbing and holding and pushing Golden State off the ball. Steph was basically grabbed and held every possession by Cleveland before KD joined the team, almost all of it uncalled. You have to literally commit fouls to slow them down. The refs aren't going to call most of it, so I guess it's a good strategy.

  4. I like the Lakers roster…fun when so called fans of the games dump on young players and ride for vets as if vets were not once developing young players…Ingram took a step foward last year, Lonzo had a solid season while being a surprisingly effective defender even with his shooting being inconsistent…Josh Hart was already ready and is a great utility guy. KCP and Lance are tough physical wings you don't want to scrap with game after game…you may out score them, but you aren't going to be able to dance free on them…Rondo is just now getting that cycle of love back to his game…people hated him as a ball hogging assist seeker aka floor general who runs a team…funny how that works…you love then hate then love for the same game he never stopped playing, but Rondo coming off the bench making that 2nd unit even more effective is excellent and I assume Lonzo strength and shooting will improve and he will be able to close games with or without Rondo and be effective. Wagner looks solid and is a great counter to JaVale's game….hope he hits the weights a bit before the season starts and just maintain…he is really skilled…

I'm not a Laker fan, but we haven't seen a team where LeBron can be feed, and allowed to just find the mismatch and attack it off the ball…imagine him physically cutting and getting the ball on the move without have to do his typical charge up dribble and arm bar to get into his dirves??

I would have gave money to an Avery Bradley before KCP, but Klutch…Lance is a better playmaker, but I would have gone after Avery over him as well, but their roster is not bad…just developing.

  5. Skip should know that when players play along side Lebron and Rondo they will be more often for shots. They will have more time to make them so their shooting % will natural improve a little bit.

  6. Kyrie didn't hit the game winner in 2016, he hit the go ahead bucket and LeBron made a free throw to go up by 2 possessions. Plus, Kyrie's 3 came when the game was tied Skip. Why you always fail to mention that?

  7. "I'm objective about LeBron James." Hahahahahahahhaahhahahahaha no you're not. You've done nothing but attack him since he's been in the league Skip. You've tried harder to preserve MJ's legacy than anyone else in the media by trying to take LeBron down. "Looks like Paul George didn't wanna play with LeBron. Looks like Kawhi doesn't wanna be with LeBron. LeBron drank water to show people he's tired." That's not objective. That's stupid. Yeah, you are a hater.

  8. Every time I see Shanon Sharpe talk, I think he is talking about football. Tennis, Golf, Baseball what ever it is, it always sounds like football.

  9. You people are falling into the media's trap… Since the NBA is scripted theater, the media's job is to try to sell people that the Warriors are a lock to 3 peat and how LBJ joined LA for his career not basketball, that is all part of the plan so when LA does win it all, it boasts LBJ legacy… Apparently LBJ winning it all as a massive underdog is far more impressive than winning it all as the favorite..
