  1. Stephen A. Out here spitting facts. MJ never named himself the GOAT, you people did. If you believe he is wrong and start making comments about 11 rings better than 6 , then simply don't hate on him cause if you believe bill Russel is the true GOAT why be affected by MJ and his comments, you guys should then ask bill who for him is the better player and might as well name him the GOAT and make MJ the 2nd best player.

  3. You can't analyze kobe. He's unpredictable to the point that everyone was shock he went for 60 points. Max Kellerman is all about numbers. Kobe does the impossible. Lebron all he does is numbers but never brings more than what he's expected to do. Just with that i rather have Westbrook he's putting up stats and he's doing it in the west

  4. "Clutch" is 2 minutes left with margin of 3 in playoffs,

Kobe is significantly more clutch than Lebron, he's also the much better passer than Lebron as well.

Tbh, I wasn't surprised about the field goals considering Kobe is the
much better shooter in the playoffs, but I was shocked to see Kobe as
the better playmaker and distributor in crunch time.

    Thoughts?

  5. Why is Max acting like there's never been a pass-first guy all-time great wing player before? The guy with the most similar body/game to Lebron is Magic! He was more of a pass-first guy who still won titles. Even though his teams were stacked, you saw the difference in his mind-set in t0he playoffs and in close games. He was soft earlier in his career, lost to the Celtics, then became a killer on the court (never lost to Bird/Boston again). Lebron is still a pussy in big moments!

  6. I will always believe to many people give Lebron a pass about his legacy. He has continue to stay in a conference that has been week for years. You only play top teams 2x out of the year which most have been in the West. Take in to account your stats are or should be amazing when you have B-C player talent on your team. I'm not gonna call people scrubs in the NBA cause hell they made it there so they must have some talent. Now my point is year after year this guy will win out the East cause guess what he stacks the teams. I can't help but wonder if he played in the West how many times would he had even made a finals. Case in point don't talk to me about a guys numbers when you can clearly see how he has came about to this point. Kobe played in a conference that no one knew who was gonna win out. Compared to ohh Lebron and his all star teams lets stop making a case for a guy who many jump on his bandwagon b4 he even came into the NBA.

  7. "Clutch" is 2 minutes left with margin of 3 in playoffs,
I will be only talking about Lebron and Kobe, considering these two were heads and shoulders beyond everyone else for their efficiency and volume.

kobe is the much better shooter in the playoffs, Kobe is also the better playmaker and distributor in crunch time.

  8. Speculating is nonsensical. LeBron would not have won three chips with a Shaq, check all the teams ever built around LeBron…all 3 point shooters, dominant perimter guards, and bigs who can strectch the floor. Kobe had a post gm, which LeBron lacks, that was a big part of what made Shaq and Kobe so successful.

  9. Not all championships are equal. Kobe's championships with the Lakers, they were never the underdog. Lebron's one championship with the Cavs, that is the most meaningful championship that can be attributed to an individual player carrying his team in the history of the NBA. I don't think you'll ever see something like that again. That championship alone is worth Kobe's 5.

  10. Kobe fans forget Game 7 nba finals when Kobe shot 6-24!! and Gasol and Artest saved him for a whole game. But let Ray Hit one shot and Kyrie and it's Lebron is lucky lol. Kobe lucky he played those Celts too final score 79-73! Warriors put up 73 in a half sometimes. Lebron, Kobe, MJ all had their bad moments. All have been saved at some point. if you look at overall body of work. it's LBJ>Kobe. There is just so many Laker fans and Kobe lovers because he played the game so smoothly and he flew through the air it mezmerized ppl to the point they forgot Shaq was the Main dude on all 3 rings and when Kobe tried to be the main man they loss to the Detroit Pistons. Look up the stats it's The only finals Kobe shot more than shaq(29 more in 5 games) at 38%! while shaq was at 61%! and they win 1 game. Kobes bad moments are so buried and forgotten while all of Lebrons blasted everywhere. it's a shame how many people watch and see what they want to see.

  11. oh ok so i guess bosh never grabbed the rebound and found ray allen for the contested game tying 3 after lebrons open 3 miss. no bosh rebound no game winner = lebron 2-6

  12. Bro maybe I'm tripping but I remember when first take was better then this skip and Stephen A's arguments were damn near godly now we just got Stephen A killing max almost every argument also Kobe played in a cut throat western conference his entire career while lebron played in a weak eastern conference his entire career (p.s lebron had to team with top 10 players to win any championship he had ever won while Kobe managed to get two after the 3 with shaq ) so I ask you this with play style mentality and skill as well as the state in which the two conference's have been if Kobe and lebron switched conferences who would be the better player? It would without a doubt be Kobe

  13. Bill Russel is the best center of the 1960s MJ Is The best SG of The 1990s Larry Bird Is the best SF Of the 1990 Lebron is the best SF of the modern era And Curry is the best PG of the modern era (My Opinion )

  14. Jordan is considered goat cus he played while the league was fully developed. in Bill’s days there were no where near 82 games & they were scrubs back in the day. Bill had no competition. Once the Bird & Magic rilvary came it was some what comp. at least. But Jordan had competition and beat them. He is the Goat ! Kobe is just as Goatastic as Mike

  15. U say stats are not overrated? Then why does everyone say Russ will never win a championship? He has the best stats of them all. Think about it… You always have to put stats into context… or they aren't worth shit. MJ knew how to carry his team… he would take all the responsibility… win or loss… he would shoulder it. But hes not stupid enough to force anything. When it was the smart thing to pass the ball to Kerr he did just that. He knew he was the best player on the court but he also knew he couldnt do it alone. He had to trust his teammates. He knows winning matters more than stats or having the game winner. He learned that in his early years with the bulls. LeBron hasnt learned it to date or he would have won like 10 championships with his skillset.

  16. All numbers say lebron…. Rings say kobe… More rings cant define better… Without bullying his way in, lebron cant compete with kobe or mj (advantage) .. Lebron is the "99" u make ur created player… Kobe and mj got that finesse in their game lebron doesnt have… Lebron dominates when he wants to.. kobe'll turn on and jus rain from everywhere and look great doin it… Aint no better… Theses are the 3 best most exciting players in the history of the game so far…(besides pistol pete)

  17. Kobe's focus waa championships… not stats… if Lebron had more focus on championships in his early years who would have more championships than Kobe… Kobe better closer, Lebron a better end game decision maker…. Kobe better shooter, Lebron a strong force in defense. Kobe better footwork, Lebron plays with power…. bottom line… they equal each other… put them together and they are monsters…..both of them in a finals in theyre prime would be a game 7 match and im putting all my money on Kobe… y…. because of will power,… Kobe has more heart….

  18. Stephen A Smith is wrong when he says Michael Jordan never told anyone he was the greatest ever….he's stated it to several NBA players and he boasted it to OJ Mayo during a pickup game…please go lookup Michael Jordan vs OJ Mayo and read the dialogue. MJ called himself the best player on the planet and also the greatest of all time…Stephen A…u gotta do your homework.

  19. stats don't mean shit when you check rock. competition who you play who you beat what makes you great. who LeBron beat again? you guys are clowns and soft to even think most the players of today are on levels of kobe time. it's about 7 good players in the NBA right now the NBA back then every team was a play offs team… scrubs probably never stepped on a court

  20. Kobe Bryant had to deal with Trailblazers x Spurs x Nuggets x Suns x OKC back in the day 1990's until 2010 where LeBron James had to deal with easy teams in the east like the Bulls x Knicks x Pistons x Pacers during his days with the Heat so Kobe Bryant is the better man he never left the Lakers

  21. If you put a genious player in a super team, he has like 80% chances to win. Kobe is better because we never see Lebron James win without a super team while Kobe won without Shaq!
Plus Kobe wins just for the Dunks. Lebron doesn't take any risk during the playoffs while Kobe thinks he's in a Dunk contest! I'm a fan of Lebron but there is no surprises in his game anymore. Players like Cury, Irving do well and put some show in it.

  22. Why are all the stupid questions repeated again and again and again. How many times have we heard this stupid question being asked on this show. No wonder the ratings are going down.
