  1. I remember using John Frieda's strictly curls cream to "control" the frizz back in the day when I first went natural and it was a hot mess. I never went near their products since then. Might try something from their line when I feel like straightening my hair but, idk I've kinda embraced the frizz tbh… love big hair

  2. I'm curious about something… because you (Angela Yee) recently were advertising for weaves and similar products on TBC, and now this. No issue there. But this mini commercial says y'all are celebrating "females who all have something to say- starting with THEIR hair." Well, that would be fine if their hair was actually their OWN hair. Too many times I see women proudly sporting the literal hair off the scalp of a human being of a different race (or animal) but yet the message you are preaching is self-pride!

Self-pride definition: a becoming or dignified sense of what is due to oneself or one's position or character; self-respect; self-esteem. 4. pleasure or satisfaction taken in something done by or belonging to oneself or believed to reflect credit upon oneself. If you can see the hypocrisy in this, then I don't think you ever will. Thanks in advance.
